Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

All Taanaa items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing Time


Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 1-2days, while engraved or custom orders may take 4-10 business days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Shipping Time


Our warehouses are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, we will give priority to the local warehouse for delivery, but please note that if the local warehouse is out of stock, we can only ship from other warehouses.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address and our customer experience team will monitor your jewelry until it's delivered.

*For your convenience, we ship worldwide and offer Priority Insured Shipping,You can choose the shipping method during checkout. 

* If the package is transported for more than 35 days, it will be considered lost., we can re-ship or refund in full.
* Tips: Please fill in the correct and detailed order address, which is very important for fast transportation.

Note: For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.

* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

*Taanaa temporarily does not support transactions in North Korea, Syria and Iran.

1.Package delayed

-- Please contact the customer service center, we will help you check and urge.

2.The package tracking information shows that it has been delivered, but I have not received the package.

--Please contact the transportation company to check the status of your package, and then send the information to our customer service, we will help you investigate the package.

3.The package was delivered to the wrong place?

-- Confirm your order address. Please ask the recipient to contact the transportation company to request correction. If it cannot be corrected, please ask the transportation company to provide proof of package loss, and then contact the customer service center to apply for compensation.

4.My order address is wrong, what should I do?

-- Contact the customer service center to obtain the contact information of the transportation company. The recipient contacts the transportation company to request correction. The sender cannot modify the package that has been sent.
